Membership is open to Christ-believing and baptized individuals over the age of 16 or older. New members (or new to the Wesleyan Church) need to complete a membership class. Transfers from other Wesleyan Churches do not need to take another membership class.

Members are:
... committed to pursuing holiness in all things, including personal holiness.
... committed to abide by the teachings of The Wesleyan Church, including the Articles of Religion and the Elementary Principles: https://www.wesleyan.org/about/articles-of-religion.
... committed to delivering hope and freedom through the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
... committed to theri own personal discipleship - to GROW in their relationship with God, to GATHER in community with other Christians, to GIVE generously of their time, treasure, and talents, and to GO make discipleship in their homes, communities, work, and world.
... committed to supporting Brookhaven Wesleyan Church with their prayers, their financial gifts and tithes, their presence, and their time.
